PopSockets Vent Mount with MagSafe - Black

I was hesitant about how well this would work, but I love it and wish I'd gotten it sooner. My phone is very secure with a popsockets brand MagSafe wallet with pop socket on the back.

Does exactly what it says it will do. Well made not a cheap one. Also good for kids & easy for them to use.

For the price I think you could find better mounts. It is nice that it works with pop sockets but the mounting angles can be finicky and I don’t feel like it will hold up well as the hinge is already loosening

This is my second one, first one got cooked in a heat wave, my favorite mount. Easy to set up and my phone stays secure. Maybe take it out of your car during a heat wave (the first one was also around 4+ years old.

There are no instructions provided. The sticky ring provided did not adhere to my dash. I had to buy 2-sided sticking squares to adhere it. The phone tilts down and in. I do not like this at all.

Idk, If you're an Uber driver, or someone without CarPlay - I guess this makes sense? It won't stick to my dash or windshield, and having it at my desk is kind of overkill, for me personally. It's a car mount 🤷🏽‍♀️ that's all I really have to say.

Bought this for my 2024 Ford Expedition Timberline. It’s so big, it doesn’t fit anywhere on my dash or console area. Windshield mounting doesn’t work for me. I don’t want it restricting my view as I drive. Pretty disappointed they wouldn’t let me return it. I’ve been a pop socket customer for years.

This is a great car mount. The only reason I did one star off is for the connector to be a little tighter as it slips off my vent if I am not careful. I have to carefully pull my phone off.

The adhesive melts and shifts when the car gets hot.

This is amazing! Only thing I wish it could do was be reusable. Once you stick it that's where it stays. Other than that I love it. Well made design

Thank you for not making just black. The white is so fresh, modern and more feminine. So tired of electronic accessories in standard boring black. This stand goes anywhere and stays where you put it. The leaver set suction is a game changer that allows this stand to be utilized in moving vehicles, as well. Flip the lock to remove and take it with you. Being able to lock it down on a desk or work station is wonderful. Perfect for tilted art & design tables.

I usually love Popsocket products. However, this one was a fail for me. I mounted it on my car screen and even after leaving it overnight, it would fall off. I’ve tried to contact Popsocket for a return but no response.

It's smaller than it looks but it worked better than I thought it would.

It does an ok job but it is crooked. I don’t know if that’s how it’s supposed to be or if this one is just not quite right

I’m not sure if I just got unlucky or if this is genuinely the design, but the vent drips on the back are not aligned so that the hook holding the pop grip stands straight up. This feels like a huge design flaw. No matter which way I attach it, I can’t assure that my phone wouldn’t slip out of the U shaped hook. This is a shame because honestly the rest of the product seems useful and high quality. I was looking forward to the glow in the dark feature so it would be easier to find at night, etc. haven’t had it long so I can’t speak to how it holds up in the sun. Over all a bummer. I was excited for this.

Holds phone well. And can find it in the dark!! Win Win. Would and will buy again !

This thing is weird looking but great!! It has a nice sturdy hold around the popsocket. And can bend into any shape I need! It's perfect for holding my kindle while I read!!

I just tried it with a new pop socket case and everything and it just falls forward. That sticky stuff will not last long either. It’s kind of a dud to me

I have purchased the car/desk mount for my car and have to say that I am pleased with how easy it was to place and use it. I was worried about how well it would suction in the cold (we have had near zero degree temps lately) but it has done great!
