Bouncy and threads stripped
When I first got this my phone was a bit too bouncy on it and it bothered me but not enough to return it. Now less than a year later the threads of the ring that you tighten and loosen to adjust the angle of the mounting face are stripped and it won't tighten up like it should anymore.

I was thrilled to receive it because it's exactly what I needed for my Jeep. It allows me to keep my hands free and prevents me from needing to look down at my phone, making my driving experience much safer. The mount offers three convenient options: on the dash, window, and vent. After testing it out, I found that mounting my iPhone 14 Pro Max on the window provided the strongest hold. The MagSafe magnets on my phone case make it easy to attach and detach my phone from the mount. What's remarkable is that the MagicMount is compatible with all phones and other devices using the MagicRing. The StickGrip suction-cup base ensures a secure hold on my car's window. I want to thank @Scosche for sending me this fantastic Magnetic Phone Mount. It has made my driving experience safer and added a cool factor to my Jeep. Bravo!
