Celsius Live Fit Energy Drink is an excellent option for health-conscious individuals, students, and working professionals seeking an energy boost with healthier benefits. Marketed as an energy and fitness drink, it aims to assist in accelerating energy and metabolism while keeping it remotely healthy. This product is especially good for pre-workout consumption or as a simple morning pick-me-up. Other brands in this category, such as Monster Energy or PRIME, have the same goal; however, they tend to be less healthy, containing high amounts of sugars and calries, which are often hidden by lower caffeine levels. Celsius contains 200mg of caffeine, but eliminates other unhealthy options. It has extremely low calories, as well as low sodium and total fat levels. I recommend this product almost always, but take this review in the views of personal preference, and what works best for yourself. I believe that it is perfect for avid energy drink consumers looking for a healthier alternative to more “aggressive” drinks. Celsius allows you to gain the energy you seek without harmful effects. While it might be healthier, all energy drinks should be used with caution, and you should not exceed more than 400mg of caffeine per day. On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate this product a solid 3.5 to 4 and generally recommend it to others.

This is my favorite flavors of Celsius. I have tried others but they were too sour. This one was sweet enough for my liking. Unfortunately I got heart palpitations so I haven’t been buying these anymore. Try them out and see how you do with them.

Delicious flavor, probably the best one I’ve tried from this brand

I drink one of these a day, they give me sustained energy without the feeling of jitters or "crashing" like coffee does. Honestly this is the absolute best flavor, in my opinion it tastes like watermelon jolly ranchers without all the bad-for-you sugars in it. 12/10 Will always buy again! If you can get them in a 4 pack, take up on that chance bc they're hard to find at least locally here for me in Baton Rouge. Definitely recommend this drink!

it taste terrible and after reading about its side effects I don't think I'll be buying this product again .

I love watermelon, so I was a bit disappointed with the watermelon berry flavor. Found this one and decided to give it a try, and it’s become my new favorite Celsius!
