Great little cooler at a great price
I bought this unit to use in my bedroom as a stand alone air cooler at night. I have it sitting near an open window, atop a heavy duty lazy susan to ease in adding water to the water tray. With 3 speeds and oscillation features I can easily adjust it with the included remote control to the perfect comfort zone. Since its made for a smaller room, I totally made the best choice possible at a great price.

Huge Electricity Savings vs AC
I love how this is only 45 watts versus my centralized AC which can run up to over 1000 watts. It is a personal evaporative fan with excellent features. It is very quiet and cools me down about two degrees. I put two pitchers of cold water in and it lasts me overnight, even at 85 to 90 degree summer weather. I place the fan about two to three feet away and it is very comfortable, specially with a window open for air circulation. No need for expensive AC. The only thing I would change is the beeping when I turn it on or off. What impressed me the most is the customer service that I got from Ingrid. I am tempted to buy a second unit for another area of the house, although I can easily move this from one spot to another.

I love the fan
I like it because it refreshes the air and at the same time it feels like it cleans the air as well. I clean the filter everyday and I have notice how much dust it collects, and how much it has helped mine and my sons allergies.

Bought this unit last year and works perfectly!
I purchased this last year at the beginning of the summer and was a true life saver! No more overheating. I do wish I could find a replacement honeycomb pad. Dogs managed to get ahold of it at summers end and tore it to pieces right when I had cleaned it and was getting ready to put it away. Other than that I think it is a great working unit!

Avoid this one.
Does not work as advertised. Tested for 3 days. 100sq ft? This thing could barely cool just me from 2 feet away let alone an entire small bedroom. Tried ice block that came with it, tried real ice, while the air coming out of the unit when on full fan, water on was cooler than the air in the room, it barely made it 2 feet and didn't do anything for the room except make it uncomfortably humid. Returning the unit tomorrow.

I don't know how this cooler is labled "cooler". Ice packs did nothing, had it on high and still nothing. Just an overpriced fan. Not a good one.

Having problems with product
Well my product the compartment where you hold the water does not fit correctly into the unit when water is placed inside of it when it is empty it's shelves right into the unit so I might wind up sending it back I will give it one more chance right now I am not totally sold on the productp

When it first arrived I couldn't get the removable tank out. However since I've gotten it to come out and itS a great little cooler for my bedroom.
