We're truly sorry to hear that your One and Two Bike Adventure arrived in a less than perfect condition. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially when you're looking forward to enjoying a new product. Our goal is to ensure that all our customers receive items in the best condition, and we want to make things right! Could you please contact our Customer Service team and provide some details such as when and where you purchased the product, and the nature of the damage? This information will greatly assist us in understanding what might have gone wrong. If you could also include a photo of the broken item, it would be very helpful for our quality assurance team. Once we have this information, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation promptly!

Finally they are figurines!
Love these, my autistic toddler loves the show as do many other kids who share this trait. I was beyond happy to now have Numberblocks that won't fall apart when played with
