First we got this product for our 35 years old son in sizes XL and XXL to check which one will be suitable for him, being that he is in the heavy side. These are the worst pull up/diaper that I have seen in my life. This shouldn't even be call a pull up/diaper, all humans have a front and back side, how come these diapers come with two front sides, and thunder size leg openings. How in God's name people are buying these pieces of garbage? Unbelievable, I have the answer. These diapers are bought for disable people like my son is, so they have no voice to complain and whoever takes care or them uses other things like pads inside their pull ups or walk around with a bag of liners. Although, I'm sure that what happens frequently, is that their relatives don't care for them. Reason I'm giving this review today. Big corporations take advantage of the disable and old people to make money, so they keep cutting on needed material to produce a proper product they could feel proud, and decides to make garbage for the needy. Nowadays everything is profits first, forgetting the human factor and that everyone sooner or later will become an old person.

First, I'm an 85 year old male with incontenance issues. When I was in Life Care Center in Ooltewah, TN for a couple of weeks over a year ago Ankle surgery rehab, they provided me with McKesson Ultra Underwear nightly. Previously I had beeen relying on another popular brand purchased from a local store. When I was leaving Life Care I made it a point to ask where I could purchase McKesson and they gave me the order information and the rest is history.

these make it so easy to change the person at night while they sleep. no need to wake them up to change them. They have tabs at the sides to pull apart so no need to pull them down the legs to get them off.

They have been working well for my father. No leaks! So he doesn't have to worry :)

Very comfortable keep most liquid in diaper. Could use more thickness up center back.

Underwear is the correct size and price is better than I use to get at Walmart.
