Save your money
What a waste of money and such a disappointment. I’m keeping the bookmark and the blank notecards and that’s it. I got it as a gift so it wasn’t my money, but I feel terrible that my friend spent money on this. She actually got it in Scotland near some kind of HP landmark, which makes it even more sad.

Waste of money. My son is a huge Harry Potter fan and was excited to receive this and has been so disappointed. Very cheap and the contents don’t make sense. Maybe for someone looking to scrap book? If not, save your money.

Got this advent calendar thinking it was thicker. I was wrong but I wanted to stay optimistic. Majority of the days are paper and cheaply made. I did not have anything in day 17, which really sucks. And I would not recommend for the price.

Cheap garbage (0 stars)
The people who created this and sold it should be ashamed. It’s full of cheap garbage. The packaging and look of the calendar is really nice but that’s the only good thing to be said. There are tons of paper photos of random characters. There’s little books, smaller than the palm of my hand and three pages long. Cheap card-stock with random photos that don’t even look nice. I’m guessing these books and cards are supposed to be written in, but they are literally 2.5”x1.5”. And again, they don’t even look nice. I love Harry Potter but nothing in here is worth keeping. Fortunately, I got this as a gift so I didn’t personally spend $20 on it. I don’t usually write reviews, but this advent calendar was so disappointing that I felt like I had to leave a review in hopes of warning people to avoid wasting their money. It’s shameful that they have the nerve to sell something like this for $20. They are making a huge profit off of this because nothing in this calendar is worth more than 50 cents. I truly don’t think any children or adults would find this stuff fun.

Don't waste your money.
All paper products and Day 2 was empty. The one ornament we got so far had the dog on it, who wants that? Don't waste your money, the price is in the packaging and not the actual contents. It dispoints my kid every day, so much so that she doesn't even care what comes next...because it'll be another useless paper product or nothing at all I guess. Bummer.

Very pretty outside. Zero fun inside.
It’s a beautiful looking calendar but the fun stops there. It’s not even that the “gifts” have all been, quite literally, pieces of paper so far (were on day 5), but the images are of things like Fang the dog and Hermione posing with her cat. Today we were lucky enough to get a 1.5x1” square of cardstock with a low quality photo of a centaur on it. YAY. I had to get creative and tell my 6 year old that they left the backs blank so that he could draw his own version on the image on the back. Sheesh. What a joke.
