Seems like good food.

I love this with a bit of butter for popcorn....to go with plain soft boiled eggs...for preparing garlic, peppers and onions to go in quinoa. I would give all 5 stars for the food inside the bagEXCEPT that Nutiva uses land fill bad material for the bags. Why?... with all their care for fair high quality foods?!!!

Delicious and nutritious

I started enjoying Nutiva Hemp Seeds 6 years ago at the recommendation of a friend to add more protein to my diet. I now eat 1/4 cup a day, made into hemp milk and added to smoothies. Such great nutrition, high in omega 3's, protein, plenty of vitamins and minerals, and a delicious sweet taste. I tried a different brand one time and found husks, which I have never experienced with Nutiva. A great product!

A truly miraculous food

Every morning for the past 7-8 years, I mix about 2 heaping tablespoons of this in a bowl with some home grown broccoli sprouts, hemp seed oil and mineral salt. (Himalayan salt) It's my normal breakfast. From the time I started this routine until present day, I've had a run of incredible resilience and overall good health. It's been worth the cost but with the advent of hemp legalization in the U.S., I find it an ever growing puzzlement as to why it's still so expensive. Especially since there is a known strain once known as Kentucky Hemp that can produce up to 8,500 lbs of seed per acre with each harvest. Why the prices haven't adjusted yet is beyond me.

I started with the small bag then bought the big one!!

I use hemp seeds in my salads and smoothies. It's a good clean healthy source of protein and it adds great texture to my salads. I love the balance of the omegas in my hemp products.

The best!

Omg! Love the flavor! Nutiva hempseed is well shelled. Some brands have many shells in the product. I don't care for the taste or texture of the shells. I add hempseeds to everything for more protein, salads, veggies, fruit bowls, smoothies, chia pudding, soups & stews after serving, & cereal, on top of pasta, & in guacamole. Sometimes I eat them by themselves! They do get stuck in my teeth. Rinceing & flossing takes care of that.
