Wilderness Poets Pumpkin Seeds are raw, unpasteurized, Heirloom, grown in Oregon's lush Willamette Valley. We have been working exclusively with this pumpkin seed farm for over a decade. As much as 90% of Pumpkin Seeds found in Natural Food Stores are grown in China and are a pale green color. Our Oregon grown Pumpkin Seeds have a robust, fresh flavor that is incomparable. This Styrian variety is naturally hull-less and originates from Austria (also known as Austrian pumpkin seeds). These organic pumpkin seeds have an exceptional, fruity flavor and a signature dark green color, which is evidence of the mineral-rich, organic soil they are cultivated in.

Misleading description stating this item is free of the top 9 allergens. After contacting the company, it’s not. “We process Almonds, Cashews, Coconut, Pecans, Pine Nuts, Pistachios, Walnuts and Hazelnuts (see our website for all of the tree nuts we process) and do the best we can to prevent cross-contamination in between runs.” Tree nuts are a top 9 allergen. This is dangerously misleading for those with allergies. Target please work with the company and change the description to accurately represent their facility.
