[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to replace my cup of coffee pre-workout. It did just as promised and gave me the energy I needed to get through my workouts. I could also tell that the electrolytes were effective in keeping me hydrated in the heat and humidity. I've rated the product 4 stars because it was effective in providing the benefits described, but I wasn't a fan of the strawberry flavor at all. I think it would be better in a lemon/lime or more citrusy flavor. Flavor aside, it was also very sweet. I found myself needing to add more water than the package tells you to to water it down. Finally, I appreciate that it's "sugar-free", but I don't like that it uses sucraclose as a sweetener. I would love to see the ingredients cleaned up a bit! All in all, I think it's an effective product, but would recommend a different flavor, unless you really love strawberry!

Love this stuff. Strawberry Busrt is a great flavor. Tried the Watermelon and it's not very good and leaves a taste in your mouth long afterward. I use it after yard work and after a long bike ride to help me quickly get rehydrated. I only wish you would bring bank the 1.5# container as they were a much better value..

I love the product, but the container is too small to get my hand in to reach the scooper. I’ve used other ON products with the shorter - wider containers and they work great. Please change the container on this product or I’m going to have to switch brands.

It doesn’t give me the jitters like other energy drinks so that’s a plus but I don’t feel hydrated at all. If anything, it makes me feel more thirsty than usual.

It has a caffeine to give you an energy boost which is perfect for pre-workout and it has electrolytes that is great to prevent dehydration, when your body has lost lots of fluid through sweat, making it perfect as post-workout drink as well. It dissolves well and not gritty. Great drink for someone who’s active.

It’s easy to mix and not too sweet. When I opened I found that the package is filled with only half of product but the weight is correct, I think it is just a big container for it. It comes with the scoop in it. I did feel more energy after drinking it and no itchy feeling, but I also only consumed half of the portion.
