I like the birthday cake flavor. It is moist and chewy. It is on a little too sweet in my opinion but it's tasty. I like the ingredients used. It's a good treat on the go.

You are in the process of increasing muscle mass and you have to complete your protein intake without damaging your process. Here you have more value for your money.

Pros: Consistency is chewy and I personally do not like chewy bars or cookies. The chewy consistency makes it stick on the back of your teeth giving you a not so pleasant mouthfeel.

I bought this yesterday and tried it today. Personally, I think it tastes like the Florida at the dentist office. With a little birthday cake flavor.

It had a few sprinkles on it but they did not add any flavoring. I think this one has a decent taste for a protein bar and is on the better side for a protein bar. It has a very minimal protein bar taste and the flavoring is a really good mix so you get more of white chocolate than protein. There are 220 calories for the bar which is good for 20g of protein. It was a decent sized bar with good flavor.

I however did not like the texture, the sprinklers or the fake cake flavor. I normally love protein bars, but this was not it for me. My picky 7 year old loved it however, because, cake!
