[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Growing up I throughly enjoyed Harry Potter, I think as the mom I was more excited than my kiddos for this. I enjoy the product but feel like it is more delicate then other Schleich toys.

We have a room in our house that we called the Schleich room, it’s a playroom with 1:24 scale toys, but 80% of them are Schleich brand. This is because I’ve come to expect a certain level of quality from the brand. The Harry Potter line does not meet that standard. We were beyond excited to get these because we absolutely love the Harry Potter books, but after only three days of play in the playroom (not rough play) the paint has already worn off the edges of the figures. Right out of the box the paint was obviously sloppy, it’s worse on the other figures but it’s not great with Harry. The material they’re made out of is strange also, my daughter has already managed to snap Harry’s hand off. She’s not rough with her toys. We’ve had Schleich brand for years, and this is the first one she’s ever broken. I’m very disappointed with this line.

The figures paint jobs look nothing like the advertised photos and when you pay $20 for a figure I was expecting better. Very disappointed.

The removable Hedwig is fantastic! Nice detail including the wand. Great little figure. Smaller than expected, but about the same size as the Bayala fairies.
