Ethel's Pecan Dandy is the original pecan pie bar, and this treat is all about our favorite sweet and crunchy nut: the good ole pecan. A 3-layer indulgence, we begin with our signature buttery shortbread crust, topped with our rich, handcrafted caramel then end with the big finish - large, toasted pecan halves. You can enjoy the Pecan Dandy on its own as a tasty sweet treat, or pair it with a melty scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate indulgence.

I would live on these if I could

My only complaint is that I can't buy these by the case or truckload. They're incredibly good. I microwave them for about 10 seconds, and they're great with or without whipped cream. There's a vanilla whipped cream at target that goes perfectly with them.
