Description

Our curl enhancing color gel provides a medium hold that lasts up to one wash. Using Sub Micron Technology, this flake-free formula Curl Enhancing Gel features Jamaican Black Castor Oil & Ceramides to add moisture to your hair.
- Step 1: Section hair off and apply to damp hair from root to tip.
- Step 2: Use a generous amount based on the thickness of hair. For maximum vibrance, apply until color is visibly bright and saturated on your hair (before drying). Apply a fingerful to each chunk or section of hair for a subtle look.
- Step 3: Twist or rake through hair for the desired style.
- Step 4: Use a hooded dryer or hand-held diffuser to completely dry your Curl Color application (to avoid color transfer). For Air Drying, please reserve more time for your hair to dry completely. Great for twist-outs, coils, wash 'n' go's, and rod sets.

aqua/water/eau, betaine, mica, glycerin, ceramide np, ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, behenyl behenate, polyhydroxystearic acid, carbomer, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, lauramidopropyl hydroxysultaine, aminomethyl propanol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, sodium chloride, fragrance/parfum, linalool, titanium/titanium dioxide, titanium dioxide (ci 77891), iron oxides (ci 77491).

Allergens & Warnings:

CAUTION: This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation, a preliminary test according to accompanying directions should first be made. This product must not be used for dyeing the eyelashes or eyebrows; to do so may cause blindness. Do not use if you have already had a reaction to a hair color product or you have a sensitive, itchy or damaged scalp. If you have a tattoo, the risks of allergic reaction may be increased. Perform a skin allergy test 24 hours before use of this product. Using soap and water or alcohol clean a small area of skin on the inside of elbow and apply a small amount of product. Leave the test area of the skin uncovered and undisturbed for 24 hours, rinse off product. If any abnormal reaction is experienced, rinse immediately, discontinue use and consult your doctor. In the event of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not ingest. For external use only.

Temporary, directions on the jar

Referring to the other review, which said they looked up the directions of Overtone -- That is Semi-permenent, this is Temporary - NOT the same thing. This says to put it on, and let it dry, it washes out the next time to wash it. Overtone is a DYE, meaning that you put it on, leave it for 20 minutes or so, then wash it out, and you have color for some number of weeks.

No INSTRUCTIONS! No INGREDIENCE LIST! Zero printing on jar.

The color of this product looks pretty. I have to go to the Overtone website, as I am assuming that this product is a conditioner, for directions. If it's not a conditioner I may have problems because I don't know how long to leave this on or if my hair is supposed to be clean or dirty. The only reason I bought this is Overtone has been out of rose gold for a while, but I have to go to their site to use a different product! I have no idea if this is effective, good quality or a good value bc it has no instructions of it's own so I can't use it without using some other website that is not affiliated in any way with this product
