This has a been a critical staple in my diabetes reversal journey. It serves as a healthy, filling breakfast or delicious evening snack that does absolutely nothing to my sugar levels and gives me a protein kick that supports my workouts. I purchased these for my daughter; when they arrived, she had me try one. I was expecting either a dry, or overly sweet cinnamon roll, or one that left an aftertaste, but was pleasantly surprised, because it wasn't the least bit dry; the sweetness was just right, and best of all, no aftertaste. I now eat several a week for either my breakfast, or with an afternoon cup of coffee. In my opinion, this is one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. Thank you, Legendary.

Phenomenal. I hadn't tried them because I just wasn't familiar with making a sweet roll into a bagged item. However when I did try one I was impressed! I don't always enjoy the pastries without heating up, but the sweet rolls are just as good either way - making it more enjoyable for me to take on the go. The frosting is just the right amount and I enjoy the soft and firm texture. I'll be buying these more often!
