They give you a dried disc of what I guess is soil-like material. You are to add water and when it is like soil, plant the bulbs in it. I added the water to the disc 5 hours ago, have tried to break it up with a fork, and so far I have clumps of soil material in a lot of water (which runs out of the bottom of the plant pot and into the vase). Will leave it overnight, empty it out, and put real soil in it. This does not bode well for the plants. I suggest you look elsewhere.
