Crunchy rice cakes!

I have been eating these salt free rice cakes for years. In the past they were often stale even when the freshness date was good. I noticed the last time I got them from Swanson that they were fresh and crispy. Then, I noticed that Lundberg had changed the inner liner to a new material that is air tight. Thanks Lundberg! Now my husband will eat them!!!

Low sodium diet

I have to watch my sodium intake so these rice cakes are great because I put things like mayo and cheese on them that have some salt in them.
