Terrible Company

Don't ever buy anything from SereneLife. The treadmill arrived damaged and after waiting months for them to send a replacement part they sent the wrong part. Support takes weeks to respond and won't help at all with a return or refund, terrible company

Great Equipment, App Connectivity Issues

Set up easy with provided tool ,my equipment left part that hold the co tell panel came broken ,the bt set up was easy speakers sound good ,the app they want you to connect to doesn't connect ,which on turn doesn't track your progress . pretty light to move not to bulky . If Equipment would have connected to app that was recommended would have a five star.

Few parts are broken, manageable but not all the way functionable...

Incline lock pin is missing & the treadmill running area is slanted so is hard to walk on, incline area came broken it is also hard to do incline which is why i got this treadmill…. If you are lucky you will get a good one if not you will get something wrong with it…

You may have a better experience elsewhere

Tha product and company deserves zero stars. The unit arrived with a large piece broken in multiple areas. I was able to put the rest together and called the company to request a replacement piece. I was told they didn’t have the piece, but I could disassemble the unit, pack it back into the box, and carry the heavy item back to Target. Their product is poor, and so is their service.
