Smells of Chemicals & Hair/Dirt inside package

The chairs have a very strong chemical smell, they are cheaply painted and the gliders for the bottom of the chair feet are more like grippers, not gliders. You have to lift the chair each time to move it. When I called the Target Plus Team and spoke with Nancy, I was told I either have to take them back to the store for the return or deal directly with the Company for the return. I Love Target and have never had to do a return directly with a partner vendor. Also the inside of the boxes for the legs had long black hair and some animal hair on it :/.
