Impressed so far!
We have only had this for a week so can't comment on the longevity. But we are loving it so far! heats up nicely and easy to use. The kids are loving having warm towels just like us adults! I bet this would be nice to have as a blanket warmer on those cooler days too. Worth the purchase for the discounted sale price we paid.

Therapeutic soak - hot towels necessary
I have a hot tub. We keep it in our garage. Our winter nights are super cold - freezing even. I was so tired of getting out of the hot tub only to be greeted by an ice cold towel. This towel warmer had made the towels as warm and cozy and ready to greet me after a therapeutic soak. It is big enouugh to hold several towels while keeping all of them super warm and comfy.. I would defininatly recommend this to anyone looking for a warm/hot towel after a hot tub soak, a warm shower, or a long soak in the bath.

Spoiled rotten at 60 mins
I like the design of it . Doesn't heat my towels very well. We usually put 5-6 towels in at once; 2 standard and the rest over-sized. It comfortably fits about 4, squished 5, and 6 you're pushing the limits/top barely closes. If you want the towels thoroughly heated I suggest using the 60 min option. 20 min is definitely not enough with the amount of towels we add. Perhaps less might work better. I love my heated towels though!

I don't know how I lived with out this. Warm towels dry you off better and make your whole day better. I love the instructions that tell you to place your towel "in a fluffily way" onto the warmer.

This towel warmer was a birthday gift. It was loved! The recipient has been thrilled with the luxury of having super warm towels right out of the shower. It looks really nice in the bathroom. Not obtrusive. Very spa like.

Excellent Choice
After reading a zillion towel warmer reviews, I chose to purchase this one as a gift for my sister. She has told me at least 10 times how awesome it is. It's large enough for her towels and clothing, it heats up very quickly, and has an ample cord length. These were all the features I was looking for. She loves it and has recommended it to several friends now. Very pleased with this purchase.

Not quite accurate description
The warmer itself works well and seems to be good quality. I like the dryer functionality. Although part of why I purchased this specific model is because it says it comes with a fragrance holder (fragrance not included). I purchased a set of fragrances separately but the warmer does not have the holder. The inside of the lid, where the holder is supposed to be, does not look like the pictures in the description.

It's super helpful to have this towel warmer during winter season. The weather is getting colder and colder everyday, and to get out of the shower at night is a challenge. Thanks to the towel warmer, I felt so comfortable and at ease by using a warm towel after showering. The towel warmer heats up very fast. It has 20, 40, 60 and 90 mins setting with high and low temperature choices. I turned it on right before every shower and set it to 20 mins with low temp mode, which is more than enough for me. The sleek design is also a plus for me, and it's not heavy, you can move it around easily. Highly recommend.

Game changer
This towel heater is an absolute must-have, especially during the winter! It fits 4 large towels easily and it's also perfect for blankets. It makes me feel like I'm at a spa every time I use it. The large capacity is great, and it's simple to use. You can also add essential oils, which always makes me feel luxrious. For the price, it's a fantastic deal. Highly recommend!

A great choice
We are very pleased with this purchase. In our opinion though this towel warmer meets and exceeds our expectation, especially when compared to the one we previously used. It warms to a very pleasant level, and retains heat at least through toweling face and torso.
