Preface by stating I have always bought MOEN and been impressed! But be CAREFUL when buying GOLD finish. The color on the box does not match color of faucet Already installed I would submit picture but don’t see that option.

Just finished installing my faucet to realize after testing the water that there wasn’t an aerator attached or anywhere in the box. Can’t even figure out what the correct part would be since there isn’t one listed anywhere. Very frustrating!

I purchased this in chrome. After installing, there was water leaking underneath in the cabinet. I asked for a replacement before asking the plumber to come back. He replaced the faucet and the replacement had the same leak issue. Two issues. There is a cheap plastic neck cover (as they call it) under the spout and it is loose (see pics) and this results in leaks. In addition, the gasket is very thin and does not work so putty has to be used to seal that. When the plumber called Moen, their Professional Service support stated that our faucets are only made to prevent leaks from the inside and not outside. Moen is sending a different model # 84136 which they claim does not have this cover - remains to be seen as the chrome picture of this model shows some type of a cover. on the stem. I have had many Moen faucets in the past and they have been reliable and durable so I am very disappointed as the plumber will charge for installation again.

You keep making it easier to install your products. A couple of the faucets I replaced were forty years old so it really showed how many improvements Moen has made.

I love my new faucet. It dresses up the bathroom sink. It was easy to install and works like a dream.

Looks wonderful. Works smoothly. Easy to self install, but paper instructions would have been much easier to see than using an app on my phone.

More hygienic with spout facing down! Wish item came with earlier stops, so that new switch-out of P-trap went smoother.

It was installed yesterday and I like the fact it doesn't show water spots. I do like the pop-up Drain stopper, but that seems to show water spots.

We fully renovated our bathroom. This faucet is tall. Our backsplash is 9 inches tall for reference and is Bianco Canvas by Hanstone. The single hole faucet is so much easier to clean than our previous faucet which centerset - no more trying to get in between small areas to clean. Works great. No splashing. I prefer all chrome in the bathroom. This goes well with the other hardware.
