Easy to install and one of the best showers I have had in a while.

Using the shower head, great pressure and flow, then a thunk noise and the pressure drops significantly. Took apart the screen, no debris or blockage. Put back together, still has reduced flow.

The hose burst and water sprayed into my wife's eyes and all over the ceiling. We purchased 2 of these less then a year ago and rarely used the wand.

This unit turned my low pressure shower into a high pressure spa! It was very easy to install. The wand is SO awesome, and it’s really high pressure! I’m able to clean myself so well and wash my hair, as well as clean my shower and tub!

We live in a remote Cabin with a Well pump. Wow, I can’t believe the water pressure you get with this unit! The Wand is super efficient, as it removes soap quickly. Quick shower = less water! Love it and will be buying a second for kids shower.❤️

The massage setting was better than I expected honestly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this every day for my main bathroom. When I am in a hurry, the wand stays in the holder, and I just use the shower head above. When I take a longer shower, the wand is a great handheld to wash my hair and legs and feet, etc. And there is always plenty of water pressure. I would definitely recommend this product

The shower system is working as expected and seems little bulky since it has a holder to keep hand shower. The 4 different modes are working good.. I would have gone for one more option with all sprayers ON but slow speed. Everything working fine so far for last 2 weeks. If we can option to by additional holders to keep hand shower. Hand shower is good in its function but not useful as normal hand shower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this combo shower head. The water comb (?) makes rinsing your hair a breeze and helps with detangling too.

This product was installed in my shower because I broke my foot and needed a method to shower and control the water flow while I am seated in a shower chair. However I was disappointed to find that there is NO shut-off or pause feature on the wand or the shower head. It seems in todays water-saving climate that a pause feature would be included on a modern product such as this. Otherwise, the wand is a nice feature and delivers a comfortable water flow for my purpose. I need to reach up and shut off the shower completely while soaping up in my shower chair; twisting and turning while soapy, yikes! A bit cumbersome, but limited mobility folks just have to make do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is honestly not my favorite Waterpik product. I received it for free to review. The shower head is wall mounted which is okay but not my preference. I like a handheld head instead, but I went ahead and tried this one because it has a handheld wand. The wand is good for hair washing and has great pressure. My kids really liked this feature as well. Unfortunately, the wand isn't good for anything except hair washing because the spray is a single line of jets and is very powerful. I thought that more powerful would be better, but the wand is so powerful that it actually kind of hurts the skin aside from the scalp. This shower would be good for someone who regularly bathes a pet I think, but I didn't find it that great for normal showering.

I bought above product in june 2019. It is working fine. I enjoyed comb for massage. Also using for rinse hair after shampoo.

This shower has a nice variety of spray choices and are integrated well with the three spray choices on the wand.

I bought this about a month ago, I love the water pik with the nice sprayet.

We bought this to replace our current one that broke within less than a year....this has been the best purchase.

I was surprised at the size of the shower head but it performs very well. It has a very large range of direction that I find very useful. The hand wand is very convenient and I enjoy having the three choices of water flow. The installation was straight forward.
