Cardan Stories - The Folk of the Air, #3.5

How the King of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories is a companion short story to the Folk of the Air series. I definitely recommend reading the book so you can see the beautiful illustrations. The book is comprised of several short stories from Cardan's point of view. They go back in time from when he was young to today. Seeing some insight into Cardan was nice, as you don't get much of his side in the series. Each story is really short but shares a piece of his history. I would have liked for the stories to have more depth, but overall, the book was good and a nice way to finish the series. A little palette cleanser, if you will.
