Return policy is awful

Holiday return policy is awful. If you buy for a gift, return period is only 14-30 days from date shipped. Took 10 days to deliver, was practically outside of return policy by the time it arrived. Item was not opened, and they refuse to take back and return. Understand there are return periods for electronics but unopened holiday returns should provide a bit more time.
