    Towel ripped

    This is the first time in 59 years of marriage that I’ve had a towel rip. That’s counting years with teenagers. I’ve bought these towels a multitude of times for my self and as gifts. Nor return because they’re monogrammed.

    Love these towel sets. I have another set I bought years ago and they have last a long time and I'm still using them. I just needed another pair because I have older towels I want to get rid of..

    Soft and well made

    Very happy with these towels. They are very soft and are a nice weight without being super heavy. My only disappointment is that there are no matching bath rugs for either of the colors I ordered. (One set for each bathroom)

    Very Satisfied Customer

    Feels wonderful. Absorbs water making drying off after shower quick and easy. I always wash new purchases. Removed from dryer each piece was very smooth on my skin and color remained with ZERO fading. I would definitely purchase again!

    Best towels I have ever owned

    I love these towels so much! I was upset a few years ago when they seemed to switch where they sourced their towels but WOW they are so amazing. Even after a hundred washes they are still soft and fluffy like the day I got them. These are the only towels I buy they’re fabulous! I would 100% recommend!

    Best for me.

    These towels are my favorite. They are not too thick which makes them easy to dry after use. They are soft, dry well, and they are durable. They look and feel good even after many washes. I also got them on sale, great value!

    Disappointing

    I splurged and bought these towels because I saw them being highly recommended as "buy for life" towels. I've had them for maybe 6 months and they are falling apart. I follow the care instructions to a tee. I treat them so gently, but the looping is coming undone and I'm left having to trim the towels. Not something I expected for such expensive towels. They get 3 stars because they really are so soft.

    I love these towels and washcloths. They are soft and absorbent. I ordered these extra washcloths to supplement a 6 piece towel set. The label states 100% cotton vs 100% Supima cotton as they are advertised. I hope that I got what I ordered and paid for!

    Great Towel Set

    I love these towels. I bought them for the primary bathroom and have to say, they are soft and absorbent like hotel towels. They also dry out pretty quickly so they can be used again.

    Not worth it

    $23 for 2 washcloths that were late and I thought were hand towels … made by LandEnd! which seems like a fake Land’s End and a tag that says: Made in Green. Huh?! It’s probably listening to me too.

    Why did you eliminate Deep Sea Navy??

    I have bought Lands End towels for years in the deep sea navy color and always found the Supima Premium cotton towels to be excellent and the color of Deep Sea Navy to be a beautiful rich navy. Unfortunately Lands End no longer offers towel sets or the bath sheet in deep sea navy -- why not? It has been a staple color for years in multiple items and none of the other blue colors you offer are navy nor as nice and rich a navy blue - very disappointed as just bought new bath mats in the deep sea navy to go with towels and now I can't add to either the towels or mats as the color is no longer offered. I would not have bought what I thought was a staple color choice that you have had for years in many items if I knew you were going to discontinue the color (which is really surprising and none of the blues you now offer are navy.).

    Thin but soft and longer than expected

    They are thinner than my prior supima premium purchases. I was regretting spending the $ on embroidery but when I discovered how soft they are and that they are several inches longer than the prior ones I decided I could live with it.
