    The metal swivel base is screwed to a THIN WOODEN SLATS, which collapses easily. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with this purchase last month.

    Not black

    Be careful this chair is described as distressed black but it is dark brown. Otherwise it's a very beautiful chair. Too bad it doesn't match our colors. Waited months for this chair....

    Nice purchase
