I saw this gem by number art kit and had to get it! I have been looking for something to do as a hobby to reduce stress and this kit is perfect! I love that everything is included in this kit- the sticky art sheet, all of the gems are labeled with corresponding letters and numbers, the adhesive square, and the gem setter-you do not need to buy anything else to do this art project. The design is very colorful and the gems are so sparkly. It is so satisfying and definitely a great tool for distressing. I love to cook and bake so this print is definitely going in my kitchen.

I didn’t realize how delicate and detailed this art project would entail. You need to concentrate and have a steady hand with good eye coordination. You have very small gems that are attached by a small amount of adhesive and colored gem to a heavy fabric like canvas that you can later frame It requires concentration since you have to color code to numbers on print. Sort of like paint by numbers. I would suggest age 12 and up since it’s like a craft that you would work on a little each day or when you want to keep busy without scrolling through a phone or other mindless activity

I ordered this for my daughter who is 10. She thought the design was the coolest thing ever. The difficulty of this gem art piece is definitely a little tricky due to the size of the poster. The whole covering comes off so if you accidentally stick something else to it, you’re done for. I recommend peeling back a little at a time and working in sections! Otherwise this is a really fun craft!
