    Hopeful for this set

    I was a bit hesitant getting this brand since I have walked away from expensive shampoos as they were drying out my hair and making it fall out. I tried this brand and I am hopeful for this particular set. When I wash and brush my hair in the shower hardly any hair came out! While everyone’s hair is different, it’s hard to determine which shampoo and conditioner is best. Overall, this is proof that you don’t need to waste hundreds of dollars on expensive shampoos and conditioners. The only con I have is I wish this shampoo lathered more.

    Not gold

    My hair feels greasy the day after using this. Other shampoos I can go a few days with my hair still looking pretty fresh, but this is like a magnet for greasy and oil. It also does not lather at all and makes me feel like I have to use a handful to cover my whole head. My hair feels really dry and gross after too.

    absolute disaster

    this shampoo knotted my hair right up while washing it. I thought maybe the conditioner would fix that....it only made it worse. I could barely get a brush through it. I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to untangle the mess. I luckily had another shampoo and conditioner in my shower...I risked rewashing and using the other conditioner and luckily that helped soften things up so I could carefully brush through it. what a nightmare

    Terible product. I keep shooting myself in the foot by deciding to purchase vegan haircare products - and I always, always, always, ALWAYS regret it the first time I use it. This stuff is HARSH AS ALL HECK. It strips your hair of everything and leaves it matted, coarse, crinkly and dry. To make matters worse, the 'conditioner' that goes along with it (that I also bought, SMH) does absolutely ZERO. It's like this vaguely waxy goopy stuff that provides no conditioning, no slip, no moisturizing - nothing. So if you're looking for a product that strips your hair, leaves it feeling like straw all day long, and aso provides an equally-as-expensive aftercare item that also does NOTHING - then this is for you. Go for it.
