Throw in the fact that I also have a side hustle which keeps me in front of the computer. . . well, needless to say my eyes were struggling. I was getting constant headaches, blurry vision, and so many other negative side effects. I decided I needed to make some changes so I decreased my time in front of the screen while also implementing these supplements in my day to day routine. I have noticed a huge change in my eye sight and I have far less headaches and less blurry vision. With these supplements I now feel excited to hustle and grind because I know I'm doing what I can to support my eyes. The only downside is these supplements smell kind of gross but once you get past that I can't recommend them enough.

These capsules are easy to swallow, are unflavored (and don't have a weird aftertaste), and have a wonderful blend of clinically-proven ingredients. I have been taking them for about 3 weeks, and do feel that my eyes feel less "strained" at the end of the day.
