[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loved the color and FEEL of this rug- super soft! Rug was 5stars, but it was rolled such that it left wrinkles which are still working themselves out.

Disappointing

We purchased this rug to replace an old one. I have had it down 3 weeks and it looks worse than the old one did (which I had for 5 years). The loops are loose, and the dogs nails snag on them. I have several other indoor/outdoor rugs and have NEVER had this issue.
