False shipping speed provided expect delays.If you choose this merchant

False delivery dates provided at time of sale and then merchant changes shipping speed to be five days later to save money. The delivery date provided was november 19th when I purchased this item. It is a medical device, and so it was really important that was delivered on time after the sale was completed, The merchant paid for a cheaper shipping, delaying it to november the 21st. I won't even be at the hotel anymore to receive this Item and have to go through a lot of hoops just to try to return it. This is unacceptable. This is a medical device that was needed for my grandson and this merchant is shady avoid them.

Innacurate product description & heats up

The design is cute, but the pros stop there. The description on the page and the box state that it's "whisper quiet" and it is safe to say that it isn't. Even without factoring in the nebulizing noise, the machine is very loud and it vibrates quite a lot. It also overheats after only 10 minutes of use. The instructions do state that it is only meant to run 30 minutes at a time, but after 10 minutes I'm not sure I'd want to leave it on that long. The nebulizing doesn't seem very efficient either, it was very hard to get the last millimeter of the solution to nebulize. In addition, there was a very strong plastic smell to the vapors even after washing and using it every day for a week. The components necessary to use the machine come in a sealed package and I obviously opened and used to find such annoying features, so I'm not sure it is returnable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND buying it, but I still give it 3 stars because I was desperate to find a solution to my LO's congestion and a nebulizer, albeit cumbersome, it helped.
