Broken charger & horrible battery life
Laptop works wonderfully, only problem is that the charger doesn’t work at all.. and apparently I can’t get it replaced. It’s a completely different charger compared to my other Acer Aspire 3 15.. when plugged in the charging light flashes yet when I use my old Acer charger it works perfectly. I was looking forward to another charger too since the battery life is pretty low quality, and I have to keep it plugged in almost 24/7 I get only 2-3 hours of usage unplugged.

nice machine but hard to set up
There are no written or online instructions for setting up this laptop. The "wizard" worked fine until it got to internet instructions. After many attempts and a phone call to Acer support (which could not help with refurb products), we finally searched for you tube tips. We had a few hit or miss tries, but finally managed to work our way to get to settings and internet setup. The laptop worked fine once we accomplished. It is a nice machine, but easier internet access would have been nice.
