No more burnt fingers!
We love these. We even bought a set for one of our daughters who used them while visiting and agreed they are wonderful. This purchase was to replace the of the plate holders that was burned by trying it under a browning dish. It is great for dishes and bowls, but a browning dish is made to cook, not to warm. PS I would prefer my old nickname...Mom!

Functional and Easy to Clean
I just bought a second set of these for my daughter-in-law. They are absolutely wonderful! Makes it easy to handle a hot dish out of the microwave safely. I have used the large size a couple of times but the smaller ones get used almost daily in our household. They also help to protect our table from the hot dish. I just throw them in the wash with my towels and they come out looking new. First time buyers I recommend get the smaller size and then go back and get the larger one if you feel you will put it to use.

Works
I haven't actually used yet. They looked a little more curved than I thought my dishes would handle. The plates fit fine. I just wish there were other colors. Red is a little harsh & doesn't go with my kitchen. A beige, Taipei or gray would have looked better. So I gave them 4 stars.

My husband loves these!
I had been interested in these for a while, but hesitated buying them; but finally gave in. They are fantastic...no more trying to get hot bowls and plates out of the microwave with potholders. I'm thinking of getting more to send to my children.
