really wanted to like it but was afraid to keep it. Overall, the bench looks beautiful from a distance and was a breeze to assemble. However, the quality is a bit questionable. The leather is thin (it was already broken when it arrived), the foam is not glued to the board, causing it to move under pressure and leave more scratches in the fabric, and there are some dents in the paint that expose the steel.

This is a nice exercise bench that's reasonably priced, durable, made of quality materials, and when you're done using it, you can also store it somewhere so it doesn't get in the way.

I would say this is a good bench for people 5'8" and under. You'll probably want to keep your weight under 175 lbs. I personally like using this bench for abdominal exercises and light exercise, and it doesn't take up a lot of space. If you have long legs, only the backrest is adjustable, which may not be ideal for hooking your feet under the padded bar to do crunches. It was easy to put together. I use it for a lot of different exercises, so I think it's very versatile and easy to move around. I don't lift a lot of weight on it because it's not really heavy, but you get what you pay for and I know what I'm getting. So considering the price, I think it's a good deal.

bought this for my husband for Father's Day. He loves it! It doesn't take up much space and is the perfect size for his daily weight training. It's very sturdy. My husband is 185 pounds and 5'7" tall and I had it set up in less than 10 minutes. I love that it folds up for storage.

Great bench, very stable. I really like how easy it is to adjust the angle. You don't even have to stand up to adjust it, you can adjust it while sitting on the bench... maybe that's why I need it. The only problem is that I'm 6'1" and I can't fit my head all the way on it. It doesn't actually fold up. If you take it all apart, it folds up, but it doesn't fold up for storage.

Some people might find this bed nice, but I wasn't a huge fan. I'm tall, so the bed was too short. It didn't give me the stretch I was expecting. Sadly, I'll have to go back for another one.

Well made and easy to set up/take down. Plenty of padding. The bench is pretty stable too. Felt safe and comfortable in all positions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wanted people to trust this review (I'm always a little skeptical of 5 star reviews). Nice bench. I wanted one that wasn't too big. I'm 6' tall and weigh 275 lbs and it supports me and is fine. It's a little wobbly at times because the base isn't too wide, but that's ok. The material and padding of the seat and back are ok (I wonder if it's real leather). It's not the best on the market, but the price is right. Easy to assemble and adjust. I'm very happy with this bench. It's hard to find a better one at this price.

The bench cushion itself is fine. It gets the job done, but I always put a bath towel over it to minimize wear and tear. It was easy to assemble, and it took about 30 minutes from unboxing to assembly. Adjusting the upper section is pretty easy since it sits in a groove. What is questionable is how flimsy the armrests that hold up the upper section of the bench are. I fell over in my second month of using it. I had the upper section set to drop, and when I laid down, I fell backwards and the back of my head hit the ground hard. I rolled over backwards and my feet were over my head. I weigh 180 pounds. I could feel the bench swaying from side to side when I was using it. However, it seems sturdy, as my three young children like to climb on the bench when I use it. So, it seems to hold up well to a fair amount of weight. To be honest, if this thing could fold in half and be stored away, it would be a 5-star rating. However, it is bulky and difficult to move, as the upper section flips over easily because it is constructed that way, but the legs are 6 feet long from end to end, which takes up a lot of space in a small room. It's not a very flexible piece of equipment and the rubber sleeves for the legs are just garbage. My toes hurt a bit every time I accidentally kicked them as I walked by. Overall, its ability to allow for chest and arm exercises from decline to upright makes it fairly easy to use as it allows for different types of exercises. I can work my abs, back, arms, chest and even legs (assisted squats/modified burpees/mountain climbers/leg raises).
