As a parent with a mobile little one I can appreciate the openings to allow for the safety belt to come through for changing. The changing pad is not absorbent or waterproof which may be a flaw to some people.

It has two holes in it for the changing pad belt where you strap your child in. It’s just a very well-made product. I highly recommend and I will definitely be buying more of these.
