Munchkin Flex Diaper Pail

Gets the job done but it doesn’t hold that many diapers. It also requires that diapers be pushed down vs just dropped in which is a little gross

I should’ve researched this more. It does mask odor, but you have to push the diaper through quite forcefully whereas with our old diaper genie, you step on the lever, it opens, you drop the diaper in, and it closes behind it. With this one, your hand ends up touching the plastic liner and smelling like whatever it and the diaper smells like. We’ve had it for two days and I’m on this site right now looking for another one.

So upset I purchased this. The lid rarely stays closed unless you keep trying many times. The bigger pail pushes the diaper down when you close the lid, this one you have to shove your hand with a soiled diaper (and dirty wipes) through the small hole so it will seal. Don’t buy!

Wish I bought this model for my first. This holds way more diapers than any other munchkin diaper pail they offer. It’s small but is wider which allows for more diapers. Locks in odor & you can't beat the price.

This is the most disgusting diaper pail we have ever had! The smell is outragious and the diaper pail has no control over it what so ever! It is a waste of money if you are considering to buy this based on it's claimes that are lies!

I purchased this diaper pail because of the price. I didn’t want to spend as much because my toddler is starting to potty train (and kinda figured it wouldn’t be worth it to buy another expensive pail when we wouldn’t use it as often), but, I should’ve just spent more. You have to push (hard!) on the dirty diaper to get it into the can, which isn’t fun (especially with a messy diaper). I wish I could return this, but I’m probably just stuck with this now.

This is a poorly made diaper pail. The bottom is very fragile and doesn't sit well together. It doesn't do a great job with odor control either. I have the other Muchkin PAIL for the nursery which is great. I bought the FLEX as a second diaper pail for my office/play area, and it's disappointing.

I purchased this pail because it was affordable and I was sick of leaving diapers in a grocery bag while I was staying at a family member’s home. This is my favorite of *multiple* diaper pails I’ve used. I feel like most of the complaints coming from people about pushing the diapers through the top aren’t folding up their diapers - if they were, they wouldn’t be complaining. I’ve never had a single issue with even blowout diapers. The only pail I recommend to my pregnant friends!

I wouldn’t spend your money on this trashcan. You have to push very hard on the diapers to go down. And it doesn’t even mask the smell of the diapers which is the whole point of a trashcan.

Don’t buy it! You have to push down hard the diaper through the hole. Your hands can get dirty if the diaper is really messy.

The lid is easy to use one-handed (much easier than our hand-me-down munchkin diaper pail, which is now no longer sold). I think the design is very functional and fits our needs well. It keeps in odors well, though the smells do escape when the pain is full full. The amazing thing about munchkin diaper pails is that they are great quality and will last for multiple babies/can be passed down to other families (like with our previous munchkin pail that were handed down). I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple, durable diaper pail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical with this diaper pail at first given the size and my experience with other diaper pails. However, after using it, I am very impressed with this pail’s ability to keep the smell contained even when it is full of diapers. The one-touch opening is very easy to use and my daughter still hasn’t figured out how to open it yet which is a huge win. Also, the smell doesn’t come wafting out when you open it which is incredible. It takes a little getting used to putting the diapers in as the resistance is higher than other pails but that is what helps keep the smell contained so it is totally worth it. This resistance also helps cut down on bag waste which is a plus. Also, the bag cutting is a breeze, especially compared to other pails. I do wish the pail was a bit larger in capacity and a little heavier on the bottom so it would be harder to tip over when it is empty but those are both minor things. Overall, I highly recommend this diaper pail to anyone. So glad that I gave this pail a chance.

It does an amazing job of controlling odors and very easy to use. It's small size fits perfectly in my children's nursery and surprisingly holds alot diapers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The diaper pail is nice and compact while still holding a lot of diapers. If the lid is closed, it contains the smell really well. The one thing I had a hard time with was switching the diaper bag refill. I probably need a little more practice on how to put in a new one.
