Love it for the price!
Our old diaper pail broke. So I got this one. It can hold a bit of diapers. It also locks the smell pretty well. I added a few of the order pucks on the bottom which helps. This pail can also use the up&up bag refills which is nice!

Gross design
I should’ve researched this more. It does mask odor, but you have to push the diaper through quite forcefully whereas with our old diaper genie, you step on the lever, it opens, you drop the diaper in, and it closes behind it. With this one, your hand ends up touching the plastic liner and smelling like whatever it and the diaper smells like. We’ve had it for two days and I’m on this site right now looking for another one.

So upset I purchased this. The lid rarely stays closed unless you keep trying many times. The bigger pail pushes the diaper down when you close the lid, this one you have to shove your hand with a soiled diaper (and dirty wipes) through the small hole so it will seal. Don’t buy!

Not worth it (even at a great price)
I purchased this diaper pail because of the price. I didn’t want to spend as much because my toddler is starting to potty train (and kinda figured it wouldn’t be worth it to buy another expensive pail when we wouldn’t use it as often), but, I should’ve just spent more. You have to push (hard!) on the dirty diaper to get it into the can, which isn’t fun (especially with a messy diaper). I wish I could return this, but I’m probably just stuck with this now.

Terrible design
This is a poorly made diaper pail. The bottom is very fragile and doesn't sit well together. It doesn't do a great job with odor control either. I have the other Muchkin PAIL for the nursery which is great. I bought the FLEX as a second diaper pail for my office/play area, and it's disappointing.

Fantastic Diaper Pail
I purchased this pail because it was affordable and I was sick of leaving diapers in a grocery bag while I was staying at a family member’s home. This is my favorite of *multiple* diaper pails I’ve used. I feel like most of the complaints coming from people about pushing the diapers through the top aren’t folding up their diapers - if they were, they wouldn’t be complaining. I’ve never had a single issue with even blowout diapers. The only pail I recommend to my pregnant friends!

Don't waste your money
I wouldn’t spend your money on this trashcan. You have to push very hard on the diapers to go down. And it doesn’t even mask the smell of the diapers which is the whole point of a trashcan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the 24 months that I’ve been a new mom I never owned a diaper pail, boy was I missing out. I love the ease and control of the pail as well as the amount of dirty diapers it holds. Its easy to open even if you have your hands full.

The lid is easy to use one-handed (much easier than our hand-me-down munchkin diaper pail, which is now no longer sold). I think the design is very functional and fits our needs well. It keeps in odors well, though the smells do escape when the pain is full full. The amazing thing about munchkin diaper pails is that they are great quality and will last for multiple babies/can be passed down to other families (like with our previous munchkin pail that were handed down). I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple, durable diaper pail.
