Pretty but can't be washed
These little jam spreaders are cute and look like the photos, but I didn’t realize they cannot be washed. They say spot or wipe clean only. This is impractical and unhygienic for a food item. I’m not comfortable using them if I can’t even give them a thorough wash to remove any factory or store contaminants. Their packaging is open, so they can be touched by anyone browsing in the store. So it’s not even like they are coming in some pristine sterile state from the factory. I’m returning them without opening the packaging.
