I never leave reviews for anything but to prevent someone from going through what I have been dealing with after using this product I am. If I could leave a negative star I would! I have very thick and curly hair and this oil and the whole line of food for soft caused my hair to thin to the point people noticed as well as caused hair loss. Also to top off how horrible this product is my daughter used it in her hair (without asking) and had clumps come out when I brushed it.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Matrix Food For Soft hair oil serum seals in moisture and provides heat protection up to 450 degrees. It leave my hair shiny and soft without feeling weighed down. A little goes a long way so you just need a few drops. The scent is gourmand which I love.

Shiny hair
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Matrix is one of my favorite hair brands. I love the curling cream and food for soft mask with the bonding serum, but the Food for Soft Oil is the perfect finishing touches for a shiny manageable hair. The oil is very light that even with my medium to thin hair it doesn't feel heavy at all.

Fantastic Hair oil for Frizzy hair
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love this hair oil but Matrix. I have long thick naturally curly hair, which I blow dry straight. Anyone who has naturally curly hair knows how unruly and frizzy it can be. When I apply this oil to my hair as I dry it the frizz is tamed and my hair is softened. I've used quite a few products on my hair some were good others not so much, however, this oil is fantastic and I will be purchasing it and adding it to my hair routine.

Doesn't weigh down my thin fine hair
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I am a big fan of this matrix line. I have been using the shampoo for at least six months now. This hair serum is no different! This multi use hair serum does a great job of smoothing my hair from fly away and smoothing my hair overall. It is lightweight and doesn't weigh down my thin fine hair. You could use this everyday and still have a ton of product. A little goes a long way. It smells lovely too!

It helps to nourish my ends and also calm any frizz or fly aways. A little goes a long way so you really don't need much it also smells so good. Leaves my hair feeling lux super soft and shiny. I also love that it has up to 450° heat protection.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Applied easy. It does add some softness to my hair but I don't think it does as much as some other oils I've used. It doesn't have fragrance which is a plus but I don't think I'd buy it.

Packs a punch
This is a really great product, at least for my scalp. It's not runny at all like some other brands do. I apply it every morning like clockwork. It's not runny at all. I've noticed my hair being shiny afterwards, and it looks and feels good.

This is a really great product to have for your hair! A little of it goes a long way and makes your hair feel so soft and feeling great!! The smell is pleasant and it's a nice smooth & light weight oil. I definitely recommend and will purchase again!

The oil doesn't leave your hair oily. Ive noticed it stays long in your hair and smells amazing. It keeps my hair feelings soft and hydrated even after a very long day. It's something im going to keep using.

Quick absorption
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Matrix is one of the oldest brands I know. Formed in the 80's this is some brand chains go to brand. This line is formulated with avacado oil. Perfect for hydration. It is also gives a long lasting touch ability to hair. A few drops of this light weight oil is all you need. It quickly was absorbed in my hair. It does not have a heavy scent.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This hair oil serum feels nice. It even feels hydrating and smooth on the scalp. My husband has dry scalp and when i applied it was very smooth application. It smells nice too! I applied on my own hair as well and it left my hair feeling soft. I had some extra on my hands and it left my hands feeling very soft! You can apply on dried hair or damp hair after shampoo and it protects from heat! It's made with avocado oil.
