Incredibly terrible phone: don't buy!

This is an incredibly terrible phone. I can't believe it's so terrible. It won't do the most basic things. I can't get it to turn off and stay off. I turn it off and after a while it turns itself back on. I called customer service and the person kept telling me to do the same thing, which didn't work. I asked to speak to someone higher up the chain, and she said all I can do is call again and maybe that person would know more. I set the volume to the lowest possible and it still makes a little sound. It's all loaded up with Google apps, which show up on the opening screen, but I can't find the settings. I bought this phone because it comes with 1-year's enough of minutes and data, which seemed great, but Don't buy this phone!
