Not a good phone
This phone is not good too slow freezes does not play music and barely works with the apps terrible phone drops calls. I would not recommend buying this phone, does not work well at all.

AWFUL PHONE
Can't figure out AT ALL how to turn it on or off, how to make or receive a call. It is a piece of garbage and you should NOT offer that phone to any one, especially older people like us.

Pretty but hard to use by me.
The phone is very much bigger than the one I had. It is also very slippery, and it fell out of my hand about 2 feet onto the carpet in the living room. Result: smashed cover. I am 77 years old and I don't think this is what I want. Please send me a better one, easier to use one. I used my old phone for many years; this one about a week. Please send a new phone quickly because I may not make it through the big storms coming in.

This is a extremely good phone considering the price. I've only used it for a day but it runs apps like TikTok well. it is a bit slow/laggy but then again it was only 30$. would recommend

Got this as a secondary phone for business, deeply regret it. It's extremely slow and prone to crashing.
Slowest and most crash-prone phone I've ever used. Spend a few bucks more and get a Motorola or something else. Battery life is great because I seldom use it. I bought this phone to manage a client's Tiktok account and have a secondary phone, and wish I had spent a few dollars more to get a Motorola or something else. Opening apps takes forever - just sending a text message can take 10 seconds or longer. Apps crash all the time. Just a very poor experience.

This is for my emergency use only
I bought this as a back-up phone, in case my prime phone gets lost/damaged. I have only had iPhones, for many years and have been annoyed at the “whatevers” I have to go through to find my way around this phone. Since it’s just a “back-up”, it’s not worth my time to spend hours playing with it.

UNRELIABLE AND DISPPOINTING
Never knew a phone could be "generic". Reminds me of a "generic" medication- a SUBSTITUTE. EXTREMELY slow internet access, constantly drops calls, HIGH SECURITY RISK. Beautifully DECEPTIVE with below average performance. Device repeatedly freezes and nonresponsive to touch screen. HUGH disappointment. "BUYER BEWARE" doesn't in the least bit accurately give enough WARNING! AVOID THIS DEVICE. Will keep for emergency backup only.
