Received email delivery but it is impossible to use. Kept putting me in an endless loop to reenter my email! Not help frm Target except useless choices. So easy to load directly to you phone from other stores.

How is it that you add this 90-day plan to your phone without seeing exactly what you are getting on the card? I used Tracfone in the past with much better customer service and with some sense of their company moral and ethics when I would call. That has seemingly disappeared. Bought this 90-day card with talk, text and web but Tracfone immediately sent repetitive surveys even after I've texted STOP. This used up a number of the alloted texts of course and in no time it was zeroed out. They count on you not counting your texts so they don't think you know. Had to purchase an add-on text card, then add a 60-day plan due to them zero-ing out my balance! Used their text BALANCE feature to keep checking what the said I had left at one point, and the 366 call minutes I had left was zeroed out after only 285 minutes talking on my phone! Smartphone features give you actual minutes you spend doing everything. I even did the math using the recent calls feature in my phone to double check my actual usage was 285 call minutes, but Tracfone made over an hour of talk time minutes disappear. This is not the first time they've zeroed out minutes assuming no one really checks how many minutes they speak or how many texts they use, so I'm calling them out as the theives that they are. Tracfone is repetively stealing. They just keep nipping away several minutes, texts or data here and there so you can purchase more. Already reported this to the FCC and will let our Attorney General track Tracfone. Someone needs to hold them and any other company trying these tactics accountable.

Don't buy this plan, you are not getting any data or any text. Instead your getting some useless talk time and that's it. Good luck getting technical support, they put someone who doesn't understand any English at the other end explaining to you that you didn't buy the plan with text and data. Go figure, enjoy the loop.

How do these 400 minutes divvy up? Bought this plan for my brother-in-law who will only be using the phone for phone calls. Do I need to worry about his data depleting, or will be able to make calls if the data goes to "0"??

I do prefer to save money by purchasing yearly plans, not to mention the headache of making monthly payments. Since I retired, I use my phone very infrequently, so "unlimited" minutes is not important to me.

I wanted a phone with the same features as my last phone. I dislike the phone so much that I have ordered a Acatel to replace this one. If I like the Acatel better, I will send this on back. If I don't like either one, I will be considering changing carriers when my plan expires.

This type of card was not available when initially setting up my Tracfone Smartphone and still is not available on the Tracfone website. I had to buy a 30 day 1GB Data and unlimited Talk and Text card instead. After the setup I purchased the 90 day $20 card. After a month The unlimited Talk and Text went away leaving the 60 minutes of Talk and 60 minutes of Text and 60 minutes of Web or Data. (Total of 120 minutes combined) The good news is the remainder of the 1GB of Data carried over and as long as I keep renewing the 90 day card the unused Data/Web will continue to carry over. The current card Web has remained at 60 minutes.

Nice phone for older folks particularly. All went well but it would not connect to the internet. After speaking with 9 support people over a period 13 hours I finally insisted on a replacement. It has been over a week since I sent it back and no replacement has come yet. I have over 50 years in IT.

If you are in need of a phone right away, might better look elsewhere. After paying extra for overnight shipping, I had to wait six business days and call twice, plus do the online chat, to get them to ship the phone. Too many companies call something shipped when they print up the label. Shipped means physically in the hands of the shipping company, not pending.
