Not real metal

It good in the functional sense. It's a popsocket kickout, it's a stand and grip and all that however, it's not metal. It's still plastic. The base is plastic and looks and feels like plastic, they didn't even try to make it shiny to look like metal. The the part that pops out for you to grip it looks like metal but is obviously plastic. You can tell by the feel.

Gone but not forgotten

I loved it while I had it, but within 24 hours of putting it onto my phone it was gone. One moment I was comfortably using my phone on the bus and the next my pop socket was no where to be found. I guess it got knocked off while I was on the bus? I miss it but I can’t afford to immediately rebuy something I only just bought, especially if it’s not going to stick around.

I want to order more colors. I am using it on my kindle and it’s absolutely perfect. I am able to comfortably hold the kindle yet also able to stand it on a table if needed. The quality is amazing so far. Worth the money in my opinion!

The perfect grip that I’ve been looking for!

I’m a big fan of PopSocket, but I also need a stand that can prop up my phone while I’m watching videos or reels. The regular grip is great for propping up the phone in landscape mode, but the kick-out grip works well for both landscape and portrait modes. I’ve been really enjoying this new grip so far! One small thing to note is that the grip may pop out of the phone if you try to close the stand while it’s open at more than 90 degrees, so make sure to close the stand with two hands to avoid that.

Exactly what I need

I was disappointed I couldn’t replace the pop socket stretch slide I’ve had for a few years but the new MagSafe kick out grip is even better! It does everything I liked about the stretch slide—allowing me to position it to stand upright in portrait or landscape orientation and other angles, without any danger of breaking or coming off. Great gadget!

I’ve been using pop sockets for a few years now and I liked this concept. I’ve been seeing similar products online so when popsocket came out with a different version I was pleased. The silver one is absolutely gorgeous to me!
