I have plantar fasciitis in both of my heels. I've worn these inserts once so far. My heels didn't hurt me, but I felt like I was walking on a stone. They are very hard to adjust and get the exact spot on the bottom of your foot. They seem to move every time I put my shoes on, so I have to readjust a lot. Haven't really used enough times to decide if I'm going to keep them.

Fallen Arches
My daughter -in her early 20's- has struggled for years with slim, thin feet and has flat-ish arches. She LOVES these! She wears them around the house (without shoes) and says how comfortable they are. For her, they "... have literally been the best foot brace ever." Definitely recommend these!!
