SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your 0-10 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. To change your incline, simply step off of the treadmill and set your incline manually to a 3% or 5.6% grade. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic speed adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth® headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily and keep it folded with a pull pin.
