Q: How do I know if this are the cube boxes

A: I have bought these before. They are the long boxes not the cube ones. The cubes thend to have less in them. This is they only type of tissues that I use. I have really bad allergies and these tissues keep my nose from drying out and getting red. Love them!

We use the cubes but for a while now they've been EXTREMELY HARD TO PULL OUT and when you can finally get them out you get a wad. we use them because of the size convenience but with the added waste and increased frustration makes them a poorer value. obviously something changed in manufacturing and or quality control. Please Fix This.

There was a time when these were quality tissue. Well, no more. These are thin, appear to be made from recycled material which typically I would not mind but these tissue are hard. They are also supposed to have lotion. I cannot say that is the case. Really disappointed. I will not be buying these again. I need to stick to Kleenex.

These really help keep your nose from getting chapped and sore when you have a cold. I’m allergic to cats, we have one, so my nose runs constantly. I go through a box of these a week. I don’t get a chapped nor a red nose. I always buy the 4 pack when in stock.

The softest friend in the game. I had a cold turned sinus infection recently and ended up buying some Kleenex with lotion. I will never make that mistake again. They wrecked havoc on my poor nose and rubbed the skin absolutely raw. Puffs plus lotion has always been exceedingly kind to my nose. The Vicks ones smell like Vicks, and they’re the softest tissues I’ve ever found. They brought my nose back from the brink and did their job as tissues. I will never stray again.

BUY THIS. I honestly didn’t think these would be any different from Kleenex or other brands but I was wrong!! If you have realllyyyy bad allergies or just find yourself blowing your nose a lot, you NEED this! If you don’t want to have irritated skin around your nose then this is your BFF. From have really bad seasonal allergies to dealing w COVID-19, my nose has thanked me for using this. Honestly, if you’re still reading and this isn’t in your cart yet then I have no idea what to tell you because I 10000% recommend this with my full chest, even tho I’m part of the itty bitty committee.

The quality control for Puffs with Lotion has totally gone down hill. So many times I pull out a tissue and I get a single one…or I get one and think it’s the last one and there is 3/4 of the box left….having to dig in the box to find the start of the next tissue…most frustrating!! I used to buy nothing but Puffs…. I’m rethinking my decision!

We’re so sorry that the tissues aren't coming out of the carton opening as easily as expected, and we understand how frustrating that can be! We have high standards for every part of our packaging process, but it is possible that when the bundle of tissue was being inserted into the carton it could have shifted slightly, causing the issue you’re experiencing with dispensing. As you continue dispensing tissues, it should become easier to pull them out smoothly. Once there’s a little more room in the carton it should allow the bundle to shift back where it should be for proper dispensing. We will certainly pass your concerns on to our product & packaging teams as well.
