Puffs with Vicks are supposed to smell like Vicks Vaporub, but the rest of Puffs are unscented. Having said that, we know paper products like facial tissues can be porous, and can absorb odors around them. It is possible in the shipping, warehousing, or storage, if placed near highly perfumed or scented items, the tissues could have picked up a scent.
