Q: How is it for adult cats

A: I have cats from age 10 to 18, and they all liked it. Some of my cats are very sensitive to food dyes and this cat food was fine. Other cats have had a lot of extractions, but they did okay with it. Good basic food.

It was a cheap, store brand food, and we kept her on it for a few weeks. I then decided that I wanted her to eat something better, so I tried a small bag of name brand food. She refused to eat it, even though I had her old food mixed in with it. I then put her back on the store brand food. Then, because my dogs eat Purina food, I tried a small bag of the Purina Cat Chow Complete. I mixed it in with the store brand food, and she STILL refused to eat it. So then I went back to the store brand food, and she wouldn't touch it! I was so confused with what she was doing, so I decided to just give her some of the Cat Chow by itself. AND JUST LIKE THAT...she gobbled up every single kibble in the bowl! I love the fact that the food is affordable, my cat loves it, and that it's a trustworthy name that I've known for years. And then I discovered the Purina app, and that made life even sweeter! Check it out!
