    Damaged Delivery and Unable to Process Return or Replacement via app

    They arrived broken. Before even opening the original product box, I could already hear broken pieces moving inside when I picked it up from the shipping box. The item was shipped without enough protective cushioning, and the outer box was much bigger and did not have any handling warning/notice. I also tried requesting both a return and a replacement through the app, but both options gave the same error message saying, “We are sorry, there is an issue please contact us” I guess i will have to bring it to the store this weekend

    Arrived damaged; hassle-free exchange

    I like the quantity and quality for the price. The biggest bowls lid won’t fit on snuggly for mine though. The first shipment my largest bowl arrived damaged. They replaced it no hassle, but the second box (the shipment box itself) arrived severely damaged. I was worried the second shipment would be damaged due to this but thankfully it was not! Seems to be a target issue; they never package things well and it causes products to be damaged. Overall its a great product, its targets fault the product arrives damaged

    Quality has dropped since we

    Quality has dropped since we last shopped these: glass is not uniformly thick: a couple bowls show pretty noticable thicker bulges near the base. Does not seem to affect functionality outside of minor whisking irregularities, but not the product it used to be.

    Chipped immediately

    After using for the first time and putting in the dishwasher, the biggest bowl bumped against another one and chipped. Pyrex is sending me a new one but this is incredibly disappointing.

    Do not purchase not safe

    Not the bowls of yester year. These new Pyrex bowl are made with tempered glass and will shatter into shards over time. The pyrex we grew up with was made with Borsonate which is shatter proof glass. My son got injured when he lifted a bowl out the cabinet and the rim separated from the bowl . He had to get stitches. The bowl splintered into shards everywhere when it separated from the rim. Pyrex is not safe to safe to use anymore. They have class action suits against them. They were bought out by instant pot brand.
