My day begins with a bowl of oats everyday. I soak it overnight in almond milk add dry fruit cherries,dates,or raisins no need for sugar sweeteners. I cook it three minutes in the microwave in the morning. A filling breakfast. Love it especially in the winter!see moreof the reviewer's review

I don't know why but for the last couple of months the oatmeal hasn't cooked the same. It mush and pasty and adding more water just doesn't help at all. It sucks because I eat a bunch a day to help me gain weight but this new stuff is kind of awful.see moreof the reviewer's review
