A: You sign up through Quip which buyer beware has zero phone support, & ridiculously bad customer service. Good luck if you have any issues on your credit card transactions etc.

A: Our standard quip Sonic Toothbrushes are powered by a AAA battery that can be swapped out every 3 months with your Brush Head. We do offer Rechargeable Sonic Toothbrushes, however, and if you opt for one of those, a Magnetic Charging Cable will be included with your purchase.

A: We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble. You can remove your brush head by gripping the head and handle in opposite hands, bristles facing away from you. Place your thumb on the dots, then gently pull the head off in a slight arc motion (don’t snap it directly backwards). If you're still having trouble, get in touch at www.getquip.com/pages/faq

A: The quip Kids Electric Toothbrush contains a Small Brush Head and a rubber handle for easier grip, so this may be a good option for you. However, our Brush Heads are compatible with all handles we offer, so you can use a Small Brush Head on any of our Standard Electric Toothbrush options if preferred.

I originally bought my quip 5 years ago and it worked great. It unfortunately died so I bought a new one. I can’t get through a full 2 min cycle without it turning off. I’ve replaced the batteries without improvement. My husband’s is the exact same way. Barely worth the money anymore.
